Camper Checklist & Directions

Eat breakfast!!
Dress in layers (Be ready for outdoor and indoor workouts)
Bring water bottle
Small towel
Foam mat or Yoga mat
Pair of dumbbells (3# to 8#)
Bring headlight or flashlight
