BEST WAY TO BURN

Great job to my clients and boot campers this week. It is Week 2 of January 2013 camp.....It's all down hill from here.  I kid..... I kid.  We know that there will be some up and down hill (and maybe some suicide stairs and sixers in between).  Well speaking of January.

Meet Jen Younger

Not easy to get workouts in when you have career where you travel and work long hours….sounds familiar, right? After struggling with arthritis and other foot/leg issues, low energy and weight gain Jen decided she was ready to do something.

She joined Seattle’s Best Boot Camp with her buddy and enjoyed the camaraderie, being outdoors and getting her workout in (at 5:30am) before her busy day begins.

Here is some information regarding our next camp beginning on Monday, October 22, 2012. We meet 3x per week- Monday, Wednesday (Blaine Stairs), Friday.

Camper Checklist & Directions

Eat breakfast!!
Dress in layers (Be ready for outdoor and indoor workouts)
Bring water bottle
Small towel
Foam mat or Yoga mat
Pair of dumbbells (3# to 8#)
In winter (when it's dark) bring headlight or flashlight
