then Seattle’s Best Boot Camp is for you!
For 15 to 20 minutes, you'll meet with your coach to discuss your fitness goals, orient you on upcoming activities, and do a basic assessment - weight, circumference measurements, and body fat.
3 days per week, you will train outdoors using our innovative formula- a combination of mobility, cardio, functional strength training, balance, and flexibility. With an experienced coach leading the way, you'll learn creative methods to improve your movement in a progressive way. We'll use your body, weights, the environment- hills, stairs, walkways, benches, trees, to train. We use individual, partner, and team training to keep it fun! Starting your day with Seattle's Best Boot Camp will not only increase your health it will boost your spirit too.
At the end of the training, your coach will check in with you about your progress by doing a post-assessment and by helping you with a fitness plan.
