"I love teaching — all bodies, shapes and sizes"
When Lisa Srithongsuk ended her college volleyball career, she not only committed to continuing to keep her own body in shape but decided to help others achieve their fitness goals as well.
“I love teaching,” proclaims Lisa, who joins Kirchoff Fitness in October as a Monday boot camp instructor. “You get to see people attempt something they’re not able to do at first and then see all bodies, shapes and sizes develop confidence and feel stronger when they leave a boot camp.”
The microbiologist, wife and mother of two girls (plus one French bulldog) brings a background in Pilates and a positive approach to tough boot camp classes.
“I am so excited about what Lisa will bring to boot camp participants,” says Chris Kirchoff. “Her focus will be on postural alignment, core strength and improving flexibility to ensure well-rounded boot camps.”
Lisa looks forward to helping Kirchoff Fitness clients reach their optimal fitness levels by “motivating people to push themselves further than they think they can go. I love to see people achieve their goals and feel personal success from within!”
