Here is some information regarding our next camp beginning on Monday, November 8, 2010. Remember that this  is a SPECIAL 2 Week /5 Day Intensive indoor/outdoor camp!

Camper Checklist & Directions

Eat breakfast!!
Dress in layers (Be ready for outdoor and indoor workouts)
Bring water bottle
Small towel
Foam mat or Yoga mat
Pair of dumbbells (3# to 8#)
In winter (when it's dark) bring headlight or flashlight

Next Boot Camp Monday, July 12!

Here is some information regarding our next camp beginning on Monday, July 12, 2010 at  5:30am. Remember that this is an outdoor camp-Come ready to workout RAIN OR SHINE!

Boot Camp Information/Directions

Eat breakfast!!
Dress in layers (Be ready for all weather:)
Bring water bottle
Small towel
Foam mat or Yoga mat
Pair of dumbbells (3# to 8#)

I not sure if you aware of this but the fact is--  There are some extremely talented women in our boot camp class.  It is hard to know that at 5:30am….let’s be clear it is a miracle that you are not only up but  are doing frog jumps, bear crawl push ups, and running around the streets of Wallingford with head lamps.

Crossing the Finish Line

For those of you who have done camp before, I appreciate your dedication to come and work hard on ‘Assessment Friday”. It is not easy to do on a cold day like it was but it makes us stronger.   For those of you who are new to camp or have been gone for a while it will be awesome to see your improvements week 3 ‘Assessment Friday’.
