- Need help with accountability and would like to work out with other fabulous, fun women
- Are ready to tone and tighten your body and improve your overall health
What to expect
Using supportive and motivational routines, your coach will lead you through a four-week fitness program designed to help you get into the best shape of your life.
It starts with documented “before” evaluations to gauge your shape when you start, so you can see how much you’ve achieved when you have completed camp. You’ll be surrounded by supportive team members of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels, who also want to make dramatic changes in their physical and mental well-being.
The Seattle’s Best Boot Camp program has been designed with safe and effective exercises. Our staff puts your health and fitness first, and will be happy to modify your workouts so that any pre-existing injuries or issues do not prevent you from reaching your goals now.
In your pre-Boot Camp orientation, you’ll meet with your instructor for 15-20 minutes to answer your questions and determine which level of training is best for you. The orientation includes:
- Body assessment: Recording weight, measurements and body fat
- Goal discussion
- Boot Camp orientation
