What to expect
Using supportive and motivational routines, your coach will lead you through a four-week fitness program designed to help you get into the best shape of your life.
It starts with documented “before” evaluations to gauge your shape when you start, so you can see how much you’ve achieved when you have completed camp. The Seattle’s Best Boot Camp program has been designed with safe and effective exercises. Our staff puts your health and fitness first, and will be happy to modify your workouts so that any pre-existing injuries or issues do not prevent you from reaching your goals now.
