Every day you will also be asked to ProCoach whether or not you practiced their habit. Consistency is the key

ProCoach offers brief informative lessons (and/or assignments) about a specific skill in the form of videos, audio files, and/or downloads.

3. Regular progress tracking

You’ll be providing your body weight, measurements, photos, and other markers of progress, including subjective ones, This information is tracked so that you can see your progress.
