I not sure if you aware of this but the fact is-- There are some extremely talented women in our boot camp class. It is hard to know that at 5:30am….let’s be clear it is a miracle that you are not only up but are doing frog jumps, bear crawl push ups, and running around the streets of Wallingford with head lamps. Anyway just thought we should rally the troops- let’s get out there and show our support!

One of our very own, Shannon Degnan, aka Bess Beware (that is what they call her on the rink!) has sent us her upcoming season schedule. Her friend who she conned into coming to boot camp, Christine White (Derby Name TBD; she is open to ideas!)-will also be skating in her first bout ! All games are at Edmonds Community College in Lynnwood. Doors open at 4:30 and bout starts at 5. What do you say ladies? Bonus: something for the whole family!

The extremely talented sprinter and singer/songwriter/musician, Lindsay Fuller has invited us all to see her perform. "Lindsay Fuller and The Cheap Dates" will be performing on Thursday, February 12 at 9:00pm. No boot camp that week so it would be ok to nutty and stay up past 9pm!!!
