Personal training: A customized program just for you
Now you can get fit without leaving your home and neighborhood. Chris will help you use free weights, bands or a fit ball at home, and there are programs that require no equipment at all. She will also help you discover nearby hills, parks, trails, stairs and benches that you can turn into your own personal exercise equipment.
The Kirchoff Fitness in-home training program includes:

Small group training
Small group training can be held at your location of choice! (park, office, home,etc) Groups are limited to eight people, so there’s plenty of individual attention. (If you have more than four people, please call for rates.)

Independent study
Chris can do a health and fitness assessment, discuss your goals and design a program that you can do on your own. This program includes two one-hour sessions
